Changing Lives

Water wells drilled by Water4Life Mozambique are changing village lives in many ways:

Girls can now get an education. Instead of walking, fetching, and carrying water they are going to school.

The health of the village has improved. Less dysentery and cholera are reported.

Families are happier as there is more time to devote to school lessons and work around the home.

Moms are starting projects that they didn’t have time for when they were carrying water long distances.

Now they have water for growing vegetables to eat and sell.

All the wells have been drilled in predominately Muslim and ancestral worship areas. Since all wells are drilled next to churches, the wells are bringing people together in a safe place. They are talking and sharing that Christians have provided the well. People are coming to know Jesus. As a result, churches are growing.
